About a week and a half back I ordered off of hax website and got the bundle of 2 social bottles and one supreme. I haven't recieved them yet or gotten a email saying they're on there way. is this normal? kind of be bummed if 85 dollars gone to waste if i could've gotten a different product

Ordinarily I'd say just be patient.
BUT
I ordered a bundle of 'Supremes' on Sept. 16 and certainly expected them to be here by now. I have only received the generic 'thank you for your order' and your $94 that is now in our account and not yours. There have not been any shipping emails or anything else for that matter.

Anyone know where Hax is located? Even regular first class USPS should have gotten to Michigan by now.

I have Pherocide, P919 and Element X on the way at some point.

This is my first time ordering from them, so I don't know their normal protocol.

Pretty close to you, they're in New York. That's strange - I'd suggest sending HAX an email to see what's going on. There's absolutely no reason those products wouldn't have shown up by now, so the system is most likely down.

At 8:37am this morning I was sent the following response to my email:

"Hi David, I will check with fulfillment this morning - should have went out.

Sorry for the delay, but will let you know asap.

Brad"

I responded back at 1:31pm asking "so what did fulfillment have to say...?"

Crickets

Does anyone know if Brad is full time or is this a part time gig for him. I'm guessing fulfillment is either his left hand or his right hand. I don't know Hax at all so I don't want to throw stones, but they certainly don't get a ton of pub these days on these particular forums.

I ordered from them as they are probably the last somewhat reputable company on these forums that I had not tried and I wanted to give them a fair shake and see if their products could stand up to some of the others.

I haven't given up on them yet, but comparing to other companies on here, I am now expecting there to be a surprise bottle of another product in my order. Right or wrong of me, but I have received free items (not just samples) from PXS, Apex, Alpha Dream. That's where the expectation comes from.

I guess it will all come down to when I get my order. I don't doubt that I will receive my order. Regardless, you should never have to contact a business to let them know that they have your money and you are expecting your merchandise. That should have been taken care of in the transaction.

When your website states that all orders over $75 include free Priority Mail shipping, that implies it would also ship pretty quick. Why Priority when you wait a week to ship it?

I guess the P919 was going through some 'stability testing,' which caused the hold up.

Good practice going forward would be to let your customer know this, mail out the portions that are not being 'stability tested,' and mail out the product holding things up later.

This is exactly how a company named Longevity Power handled a situation like this for me and it was very professional. I ordered a few products, they had run out of the large bottle of one particular product, so the guy calls me to explain. He says he's going to send four of the smaller bottles, which will equal the same amount as the larger bottle. Okay cool. He also tells me that they need to make a new batch of the Maca Bliss, but we'll send everything else out, and as soon as the Maca Bliss is made we'll send that to you.

Communication. The guy just let me know what was up. He respects his customers. Fucking Perfect!

Just got my Hax order that I placed on 9-16-15.

12 days from either NY or PA with Priority Mail.

They did throw in a free bottle of "Alien" for the delay. This helps.
