I've given up. I heard from Brad on October 19th and he said "sorry for delayed response. We will get you order out tomorrow for sure!"

Mind you I already got my order and my initial inquiry was to let him know that the order was wrong and that I wanted to exchange some portions of the order for the correct items I had originally ordered.

I responded that day and again clarified that my first request (made on 10/9) was regarding my order for an exchange and since then I've not heard anything from Brad.

I've emailed him once a week to check-in on this and I've received no response.

At this point, I've given up and I have to caution anyone who plans to purchase from HAX. I love their products, but I cannot recommend them given the lack of any response to simple requests.

I last posted about my most recent APEX order and the contrast between my experience with APEX vs HAX. I ordered on 10/21 from HAX and received my order on 10/23.

While I don't expect every company (save Amazon) to get a product in my hands in 2 days like Apex did, I hope for better than I've received from HAX and Brad thus far.

Please do post an update if or once this is sorted out. I was thinking of ordering a bundle but I think I'll wait for a while, at least until their customer service goes back to normal. Their products sure are promising though. Too many positive reviews to ignore.

Yes, my APEX order was received 2 days after I made the order from the website.

Any updates on this? I'm really starting to like the LK I purchased from pago and I'm just beginning to get a grasp of it..

I can create a vibe without saying anything, just by being in the room.

Unfortunately no response from Brad still as of a few minutes ago (November 13.)

I like HAX's products, but this lack of response is extremely disappointing.

That's what I'm worried about..I'm almost halfway through my bottle of LK from testing, and I'm even more appreciating now how economical this product has been turning out for me. The sprays are very small but I'm getting good results from 1 spray.

I can create a vibe without saying anything, just by being in the room.

there have seemed to be a few problems with hax customer service lately. Anyone know if its safe to order from them yet?

Hey guys,

It's not really my place to defend Brad, however I emailed him just recently and there are a few issues with the site he is sussing out. There was some technical issues, and he is doing some rebranding at the moment for the website.

There might POSSIBLY be new products in the works, but I am not 100% sure yet. What I am sure of is that he's definitely a busy guy, so bare with him, I'm sure he'll get back to you when he can. He's always been a cool dude, so don't sweat too much Smile
