Yes its been over 2 weeks no confirmation email or reply back from my email, i paid extra for shipping as well, not sure what to do, try and contact paypal and cancel my order??

Where do you live? I got my stuff in 10 days with freeshipping(average time to Canada).Have you ordered from them before?Check your bank account to see if the bank blocked the transaction.

I live in wales in wales in the uk, i ordered a couple of years ago with no problem. I had my paypal receipt but nothing else after that no confirmation, tracking number etc. I logged in the website and it just says order is pending. Maybe he is on holiday or something??

Been over 3 weeks, no delivery, no reply to emails and no confirmation about my order, i would not recommend people to buy from here at the moment

I have just encountered a similar problem where I made an order only received my order confirmation and nothing more, I've sent Brad an email but so far I haven't received a reply as of yet... So I am slightly concerned now... Was wondering if anyone had received a follow up email or end up receiving their orders?

He always got back to me. I seem to remember sending him a string of emails within a couple days. I got a shipped email 2 days after the order confirmation email. I did my communications and ordering in the middle of the week.

I made my order on the 23rd July (Saturday) and I did pay for priority deliver, however my communications to him have been made during the week.

Fulfillment Status still says unfulfilled, so you can understand why I am slightly concerned also is my first time ordering from these guys just wanted to try out some new companies after using AD for a while.
