I'm having similar issues.

I ordered two weeks ago yesterday and have not heard anything from Hax regarding shipment.

I've emailed Brad twice for estimated shipment dates and have not heard anything.

I remain hopeful that I'll get my order especially since I've got very good recent results with m512 and ordered more of it.

I'm fine with the 2+ week wait, but as stated previously, communication and acknowledgment of email inquiries would be nice.

I would like to speak up here even though it is not my side of the fence to be on. For that I apologize for being off limits.

We all get busy in our lives and I can sympathize both sides of this thread topic because Ive been on both. HAX is a decent company and I have had some fun using their products in the past. I do not want to see their image get damaged bc they are unavailable.

Im not affiliated with the company other than having used the products in the past. I have my own monster to deal with now. Lol

Ive been slowly giving my mone collection away over the past few months as I will never use them all. I would rather have them in the air than in my fridge crisper.

With that said I do have some HAX stuff from days passed I can offer for free to someone (like the OP) who has not received any contact or orders from them yet. No charge just pay the shipping. PM me and you can have these to play with until Brad becomes available.

I would like to send the bottles to one person as I do not have time to send them out individually.

I have a few bottles of WMB I could marry together and make about 3/4 full one
1/2 full Elem X
I can pour the 2 512 together to make about 3/4 full
1/2 of a c4 oil leftover
1/4 alien
1/4 pherocide
1/10 x22

I hope I dont break any rules here for doing this and it ends up coming off cheesy. Im just trying to do another vendor a solid while times are a bit chaotic. I just dealt with a hurricane so I understand if other US companies may be a bit busy as well. Especially if they are located in the middle east coast.

I dont want to see their company get injured if HAX is temporarily unavailable and busy right now with their craft.

I have to repeat that I have zero affiliation to HAX. These bottles are unadulterated and the same as I bought them. Just lower product volumes from testings. The bottles are not full and is a gift from one mone user to another and is not a business transaction.

Just trying to make sure things run smooth for everyone even if I have to run over for this play and cover home plate while HAX is busy catching a fly ball.

Update:

Got my shipping confirmation from Hax yesterday and my order should be delivered tomorrow.

Less than 3 weeks from order is not too bad. I'll take it.

I only got the Order confirmation for my order and it was placed 09/18/2015...2 emails still no reply back from Brad or anyone else in Hax Company..and still waiting

In the past, I've actually gotten my orders shipped from HAX pretty quickly (like within 2 days). Email communication hasn't been the best overall, though I have gotten a response before. I requested a sample of 919, which may be causing the delay. Perhaps there will be a full bottle and not a sample...but I believe nothing is 'owed' to me at this point. My order just shipped today that I had ordered a little over a week ago. Luckily, I'm in no rush but I am excited.

Still having email / communication issues with Hax.

My order was wrong and I emailed last Friday to initiate an exchange. Still haven't heard anything from Brad yet.

Just a follow up from before.

I emailed Brad on October 9th regarding the mix up in my order and I've still not received any response.
