If I remember correctly they put processing when it is not shipped yet, don't do tracking numbers,and they put fulfilled after we received it.(Might be wrong)

Buenos dias from deep South Texas.. just a quick post on Hax shipping.

I placed my order on Sunday 11-6-16 (wingman 3 oil pack) received confirmation. Monday i sent them an email for approximate shipping date had no reply same for Tuesday so i did start to worry. Wednesday sent them another email with my concern received a quick response from Brad explaining they are closed on Sunday and Monday they had lab inspection. They were very professional in several more responses they also provided a tracking number to check status. I received my order on Saturday 11-12-16 and was pleased to see a bonus.. Holy Grail!!

I've made around 6 orders from hax over the last few years. every single one arrived in good time without any issues. I live in the UK

Hi Guys,
I made an order to HAX(LUXE PHEROMONES) holy grail x combo in February 2017 and it's been over a month and my product still hasn't arrived.I have not received and reply from the voice messages and emails i left Brat and not sure what to do at the moment.

I have the exact same problem. I've emailed and called multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back.

This is crazy. I still have heard no response, and I feel like I've just threw away over $100. Does anyone on this form have any type of advice to help me figure out a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance
