The first order I placed was a couple of months ago. I ordered Glace on a Monday hoping to test it at a function that weekend but it didn't ship until Friday. I recently placed an order on July 24th and have yet to receive it not sure if it even shipped yet. I also placed another order on July 30th which also has not shipped yet. No response to my email inquiring about the first orders status. I'm a relatively new customer to Alpha Dream, are these times typical of what everyone else is getting?

In summary, yes lol.

Chris is a really great guy and you can most definitely trust him. However, organization is not his strong point, so delays are to be expected from that company.

In my opinion, the wait is worth it.

organization might be one of the reasons
but also he wrote in some other post that wholesale orders are taking most of his time something about 50k and some other ones

i have bought from him in the past last year to be exact and his always being pretty fast in shipping

Made an order and then emailed him asking if I could add an extra Glace on and receieved no reply. Order appears to have been sent though.

I understand your frustration. I know you guys haven't dealt with him much. Give him some time. He means well, he won't do you dirty.

in business whenever you need a fast response you call them till they pick up

if you email a business some tell you it will take at least two days for you to hear back from them

Yeah i'm sure he does and I know Ill eventually get my order and I know running a small business can be difficult at times. In my case I just wanted to know if this what to expect .

A lot of time I'll order products I had my eye on , on say a Monday to test in a specific situation that maybe coming up that weekend. Usually I order from True, Love Scent, Androtics and a couple others and usually I receive my order within 3 days of ordering in SoCal. At this point im going on 10 days for my first order and I believe he is shipping from NoCal which usually gets to me in 1 day with priority. Not a huge deal but a little communication on expected delays of 5+ days would be nice.

Should also warn you that he won't email or PM you, and you won't get any results emailing or PMing this guy. He's a phone guy.

But yeah, god knows how long it'll take, I think a few people have waited up to a month or 2, Alpha Dreams is not your pick if you're in a rush, it's something quality to wait for.

Though I've been lucky, most I've ever waited is a week : )

Just use something else or order from MassageXS, now SteveO is REALLY good about shipping stuff out fast. He'll ship same day if he can.

Cool thanks man. On a side note my intentions wasn't to rag on Alpha Dream or anything just setting my own exceptions for those times when I got something coming up on my calendar soon but nothing in my arsenal that's well suited for the situation and I need something relativity soon. Thanks for the input.
