I'll second what was said here. Alpha Dream has top-of-the-line products, good prices, and has contributed a lot to the community in terms of funding research whose results were released into the public domain for free. I'm very thankful for that contribution. He's also currently running a sale. That being said, there have been occasional reports of long order times over the past few months with various reasons given. Usually things are shipped out very quickly. You can never tell. Personally, I've always gotten things in a good time frame, but a number of others have experienced delays.

Just to let you guys know, Amara sent my L II K the very next day that I ordered. So I'd say they're back on their A-game, but my experience has always been great with Alpha Dream.

ps. Chris do you have a tablet or ipad? I'm pretty sure they have great aps for organizing, with reminders that ring and bell

My orders from alpha dream aren't too slow. However they definitely cannot compete with the speed of the competition. Also, my friends have had serious delays.

Nonetheless, I still remain a very happy customer because I know that Chris is there to make sure I'm satisfied. His service is my favorite.

Btw, Chris, I see you picking up the pace and I applaud you. Just by fixing timeliness and organization, you will outdo almost all of your competition.

Your proactive approach will definitely benefit you as well as your loyal and new customers. Evolving with the times can be a daunting task, yet the rewards can be immense. Everyone should always strive to improve themselves.

Thanks guys I will try my best to speed things up. We are brining in a new employee in the next week named Sasha, a really sweet and cool customer service manager who will be in communication with customers really soon. I'll introduce her to the forum as soon as she is trained and fully set up.

She also runs a hula dancing class in San Diego, and has a personality that I believe everyone will adore. Beautiful girl too, that radiates from the inside out. Email and phone communication should dramatically improve once she's on board.

Bruce from love scent used to call me the "hyper evolving creature" lol ... I guess I've slowed down a bit, but evolving nonetheless

Yes, spoke to Chris earlier today. He was able to locate my order and will get those shipped out to me tomorrow with a complementary bottle of L2K to boot, which is above and beyond anything I expected. Ultimately even though there was a delay Chris more then made up for it and I am very satisfied with the results. Thanks again Chris.

P.S. Microsoft has a free program called Microsoft Security Essentials that should be able to help you out with that Virus. Good Luck.
