It seems like Alpha Dream really have picked up on their processing times and e-mail response times! It's great to see such a great company back in the running. I requested for Glace and Corpo to be scented and I'm glad to see they didn't take much time at all to do that. Not just this, but Chris is replying to e-mails on Sundays?! Top notch service; Alpha Dream has been redeemed in my eyes.

My order arrived yesterday and I was honestly quite disappointed. Chris told me explicitly in e-mail that Corpo and Glace can be scented if requested, and yet they've both come unscented. I was also told that if I requested a sample of the sandalwood musk scent then it would be included, but unfortunately no samples came with the order. I don't know why the instructions and comments box is there at all if nobody on the other side even reads it.

Other things: Packaging was fine, a very slight leakage on the Glace (barely noticeable but the bottle was wet). Customs caught the parcel but that's expected. And I think LIIK in Black Spice could be my favourite product yet..

Hi six, what was your order number? I'll have two new bottles, scented this time, sent to you for free, with any samples you would like.

The shipping company must have screwed this one up. they are supposed to notify us of any customizations so that we can make it and send it out from the lab directly.

They still don't have the sample vials to send out, but we are working on that and plan to have those ready very soon.

Thanks for the kind offer Chris, my order number is #11136. Please don't send the bottles for free, since I've still got the products here. I'm prepared to pay the price again providing I really do get the scented products this time. I'll just sell off the unscented bottles to recoup some of the costs.

I placed a new order today (#11327) for AM and LIIKv2 with DHL shipping. It would be great if you could send these two together with that order so I can get both relatively quickly (and save on shipping).
