I did a search on suma root.a brazilian ginseng use by the native latin american indians for hundreds of year.it's a multi purpose sup.good for general health,increase libido,fight stress,increase energy,boost the immune system and many more.so I bought a few bottle and take 2 capsules a day and this root ain't no joke.only a few days trial but I noticed more energy with kick ass stamina.more horny and it also increase ejaculation fluid,yup more semen my friends.i don't take my vitamin C,Bs,zinc and multi vitamins anymore.because suma root contains many vitamins,minerals and amino acids.most importantly,it contains germanium a potent immune system booster.i can't believe suma give me really fast results and it's a staple,im lovin it.give it a try boys!

Great stuff, I started using it about a month ago and agree entirely. Basically its an adaptogen equivalent to the Chinese high tonics. Ho Shou Wu is another winner..

I actually just ordered 3 bottles for less then $10 with shipping, I've used them before and generally good quality on everything.

I'm 55 (56 in April) Just under 6'3" roughly 205 lbs on no meds of any type. Overall health is good but actually am/was suffering from adrenal fatigue (which I probably would never have known if not for someone on this forum).

He recommended an ebook on adaptogens which has made a world of difference.


Highly recommended and props to mnuenster for turning me on to it...

Same height, but I have you by 2 years and 80 pounds. I may have to give this a test run. Could be the magic I've been looking for!

I said I'd shop around until the end of the year, and if I don't find anything that stands out, I'm gonna do the replacement therapy. *fingers crossed*

Altough DWR is typing my name wrong for the second time he is absolutly right about the book. A good place to start with adaptogens, which are gold if you can find the right provider. For more general stuff (nutrients etc.) I like the Life Extension Company very much. And for you guys it should even be more easy to get hands on the LE pills (Curcumin is a life changer, effects can be felt in 5 minutes).

I've lost almost 25 lbs over the last year (8 hour diet) and shifted to much more of a heart healthy diet vs. steak and potato's. However none of that really translated into tangible gains in libido, mental clarity or effected the unexplainable fatigue I seemed to be always fighting.

Got more out of 1 month on adaptogens then all of last year's healthy life style. Found a couple of local TCM Docs with a strong background in traditional five elements treatment and will start that next week....

I use turmeric and cumin cooking just about every day...
