I ordered a bottle of Glace from AD for a friend who has trouble starting conversations. I placed the order on Friday and it has been "In Process" from about 20 minutes after my order. Is this a normal thing or should I start bugging them about it?

I was wondering how can you not having a problem when checking out? Did you checkout using paypal or credit card? Becase i was getting error massage every time i click the complete order button when checking out using paypal. It's really frustating.


Their customer service is also slow, i sent an email to AD customer service about this checkout problem on friday but i still got no response until now.

You've got me stumped. I put my order in and everything processed through whatever shopping cart they have set up. I don't remember using paypal, but I suppose their software could have done a redirect to use PP for processing. I would normally choose the credit card option if I had to choose between the two. I put a call in to them and haven't heard back.

Disclaimer; I don't work for AD. And I don't get paid to type this. If there was a way to prove it, I'd be happy to ablidge to prove it.

That's said, AD is a bit slow sometimes. But they'll get back to ya's in due course.

I've been defending androtics on their forum. Yeah no doubt there are some things going on. Not sure when things will be back to normal.

Apparently there is a 30% sale but it's not showing at the checkout?
Like, L2K is apparently supposed to be $69.95, but when you put it in your cart, it goes to $84.50?

Anyone know how to get the 30% discount?
