First of all welcome to pherotruth. A new and interesting world has just opened for you, but it can be a little overwhelming at first. My advise to you.. start out with some of these threads:

I am 29 Male 5"11 Height and Weight Around 175lb... I am willing to wear pheromone at work, and little spice up my Love Life!!! I am not not an Alpha person, I would think too strong of a product wont be any good for me!!! Any Advise is welcome!!!
