My last order with Apex, I paid Sunday and it didn't ship 'til Thursday or something like that (don't quote me but it took a couple days). Barefoot has it right, it's probably one guy doing everything and this person has a life that they can't ignore. That is how my business is.

It'll come in a week or two at most, probably not two. Not all businesses are like PXS or LAL where they ship next day.

I ordered 2 days ago. And they haven't even responded my emails. No activity. I just received order/transaction confirmation email with order number. Has anyone ordered recently? Are they on vacation?

Jhon's probably overseas. He travels a bit from what I gathered. So he's out of office from what I can say. Be patient. Ur package will arrive. It's worth the wait.

Hey Kalzon,

I just saw your post about the email undelivered errors you were getting when you were trying to email me. I never got an email from you. Are you sure you had the correct email typed in? I just tested all of our contact forms and email addresses and they're all working fine.

Anyways, your order went out today and you should have received a tracking number.

Does anyone know if there are any issues at PT?

I ordered Monday, order #3507. No email confirmation of shipping, but CC charged on Monday. Followed up with email inquiry Tuesday that has not been responded to. Still no comms this morning so I called and it went to voicemail.

It wouldn't be bad, but I paid for and specified a shipping method faster than the normal USPS Flat Rate so I would have it by this weekend. Now it doesn't look like that is going to happen.

Does anyone know where John is and if there is an issue?
