I've also ordered GOA, THU and ATL. Waited for 2 days to 3 days already and the order is still under processing. Really hope it can reach me as soon as possible. Can't wait to try things out! I've also emailed them and asked but got no replies yet~

Guys, thank you for voicing your situations neutrally, without bashing the company involved or making unfounded claims

I understand. It's SO HARD to be patient with small companies when Amazon gives us notifications a dozen times and can deliver THAT AFTERNOON. Even so, keep calm and phero on. Companies like PT, who have established themselves as reliable and having excellent customer service, deserve the benefit of the doubt.

Hey guys,

Sorry for slow responses and few day delays the last few weeks. I've been in Japan the past month and will be returning home in a few days. I have an employee that comes by a few times a week and ships packages out. It seems he skipped a couple of days while I was gone causing some delays I wasn't intending. Internet here is very intermittent and I've been behind on my emails so responding to my customers about the delays have been a little hard and I apologize. My employee just stopped by a few hours ago though and processed all of the orders that were pending. I'll be home in a few days so things should be at full speed again soon.

Thanks for understanding guys and again, sorry for the delays.

It's amazing how true employee performance is shown as clear as day when you are away for a few days. Sorry that your business was impacted by this, and I imagine there will be a conversation had upon your return.

Am not sure if this helps. But for Australia (Brisbane) it takes a coupl'a weeks to arrive here. But trust me when I say it's worth the wait. PT products r amazing.

And it's the same for many other companies too. Probably cos we're so down under. Lol. And Australia post is super lazy. I can see from the tracking info that the parcel moves from transit to transit in the U.S. within a matter of half a day, but it takes ANOTHER week to get to Brisbane from just Sydney. I find that hard to comprehend inside me logical brain.

But all these products r worth the wait.

Yup. Email sent and no answer. This is not even shipping time tho. This is processing the order and ship it.

Good work emailing directly first. So many people skip that step.

It always ships eventually. I said Apex earlier, meaning PT, and regardless, they both always ship. Sometimes there is a delay: they're small businesses, likely one guy who also has a day job, a girlfriend, car trouble, etc.

Have patience. It will ship, you'll love what you ordered, and all will be well.
