Mones that I've tried always increase my social anxiety and affect my self-confidence negatively for some reason. Connections, XiSt, Taboo, Evolve, Ascend. What is the reason for this?

Anxiety is largely caused by poor metabolic function via stress response. This would explain why some members get powerful reactions from certain mixes, while others experience nothing.

So if a person's anxiety levels in general in life are lower, then they wouldn't get as much anxiety from mones as a person who has anxiety disorders or just generally more anxiety and self-confidence issues?

Actually anxiety is also experienced when subjecting yourself to higher test producing men in nature... If you're not used to competing with them or hanging out with them, and suddenly your mone signature is pulling them your anxiety initially will go through the roof until you adapt to their test levels or die in the process.

Take AV for example.. I don't know how much is in my mind and how much actually happened because I ordered a bottle years back and stopped using it but it would CONSTANTLY invite cock block, and this would get me very uncomfortable... I was not used to going to bars so I didn't know how to handle cock block. It was a "shock" when it happened to me.. Luckily my SO is loyal and doesn't invite players to come onto her but if i'm dating a new girl like at this stage of my life and she's very hot, my defenses to cock block are up.

I naturally have anxiety disorder so I'm more prone to such reactions than most men, but I find lately wearing AM, then BW, and now soon to arrive AV is helping reduce the anxiety because my tolerance to these higher signatures of AMOGS is getting better.,

In essence the mones and lifestyle are forcing me to adapt or give up on them if I can't.

Age is a factor.. In my 20's bars , strip bars, nightclubs, MMA fights etc were daily processes. At 46 I have been living a rather married type of life for 13 years , and in an Long Term Relationship before that for 7... So you can imagine the anxiety when thrown into these situations after such a long layoff.

But I'm doing it.... slowly...

I use Valerian to deal with "none" anger. I use rhodiola and caffeine to deal with Androstadienone lethargy. I use some 7 keto if things seem to need rebalance. These are hormones after all...

Also just to add, watch your caffeine intake. I know for me it exacerbates any anxiety issues I'm having, including using with mones.

Keep close track of the mones that cause that, written or mental journal.

This is so important!

You will find that they change how you think, smell and taste.

If you are anxious you need to find the cause and fix that. The mones will just enhance your anxious state (depending on mone and your mental state)

By understanding how they work on you will help you understand how they work on others. You will get used to the self effects and won't experience them much.

Sometimes I feel like mones make you anxious just because you are expecting them to have an effect and that expectation gets inside your head? Of course not for everybody, just a possibility.
