I was just wondering what OD symptoms are.

Im us Certo from AD and with 5 sprays both yesterday and today I became REALLY depressed and was just wondering if its just me, the mones or maybe a little of both?

Anyone else experience this?

It does contain some androstadienone. So that could be that case.

5 sprays may be much too much without another component in the mix to counterbalance the effects.

It could be an OD.

Certain components at too high of a dose can cause perhaps temporary unpleasant side effects.

OD is mone dependant. Alpha mones cause ghosting or fights or tension or just intimidate people and make them stressed. Headaches happen sometimes from many mones in excessive doses. It's not clear if this is from impurities or overdosing on the mone itself, but it's probably the mone. It's not "smell" per se. I can't smell most mones, but can get headaches from them. Androstadienone can cause depression in some people, especially if it's used alone and applied as a spray.

You're not used to the androstadienone yet. When I first started using Glace, when I applied heavy amounts like 4+ sprays I noticed the depression as well. After awhile i got used to the androstadienone, so the depression feelings went away. It took me a few days to build up the tolerances to mones.

My first mone purchase was AM, and when I used it at 2-3 sprays....I had a crazy OD episode, extreme headache, and feelings of being physically and mentally exhausted.

I don't think you need 5 sprays. I'd use like 3-4 and maybe use 1-2 sprays of Glace as well.

I got something similar to sinus pressure symptoms with New Pheromone Additive behind my ears.

I CAN'T NOT smell mones.

I moved the New Pheromone Additive to my pits (no deo on New Pheromone Additive buildup routine) and no more problems.
