Yes SteveO and XS are awesome. I've ordered thrice with them. Orders are always earlier than expected. and no spillage or leaks and and the speed at which they ship is simply awesome.

Garry nelson from LAL also seem to be very nice. He responds to emails personally and in one instance when I was not even a customer, he spent time to build up my confidence in myself and gave some excellent advice.

Would like to put a word in for SteveO as well here. Received my order pretty fast and got 2 free samples with it, Evolve and Bliss. The samples leaked, but hey they are free and the delivery was fast so it doesn't matter.

I just placed my first order for mones with Steve O on Tuesday night, it shipped Wednesday morning and arrived Friday! I ordered evolve and there was a free sample of cohesion as well as a laffy taffy in there...no tricks just treat! Will definitely order again after I test these out and learn more about what works for me, great customer service!

Steve's customer service is wildly good. Everything I buy from XS seems to magically appear in my mailbox immediately after the order is placed. The samples are generous, and once he threw in a 10 mL bottle of connections when I purchased a 30 mL bottle of Xist. Of course, the products themselves are first rate.

I have a nice collection of XS pheromones from Steve I have yet to try any. He included a hand written message with my 1st order also. Now that to me is what customer service all about!!! I have been testing some other stand alones. I can't wait to start testing his products!

I too have been very impressed with he level of service. I made my first order Monday morning, was in my mailbox on Wednesday. The order shipped same day, I had my tracking that afternoon, and was delivered by Wednesday... and that was the free shipping method. Steve Rocks!

I've done 2 orders so far and loved the customer service each time.

The actual items I ordered there was no leaking and it was filled to the top. They were generous with samples, but the first order, the samples did leak but hey like someone else said, they are free so can't complain! And still got decent enough to sample with.

I am a sucker for good customer service. It makes a HUGE difference to me. I'll buy more and spend more money just from having excellent customer service (and of course granted the products work).

As it is the course is set that I will probably end up buying everything they offer for females/unisex.. LE SIGH haha my wallet lol..

well SteveO is an expert in Customer Service. and Fast Delivery even using USPS, pass trough customs almost like light passing by Window Glass .
