So, most vitamin E have soy in them, too! When will the madness STOP!?!?!

"The cheap vitamin E oil was actually increasing estrogen production while I slept." What!?!?

Any EXPERT VITAMIN E people in here? I wanna know if they're just saying this to sell that EXPENSIVE vitamin E, or are they legit?

Any pufa can increase estrogen along with several starches via endotoxin.
