Anybody have anything different as for controlling/lowering estrogen?
Thanks!
I think you should look into more than pheromones and supplements M.
I have started an intense bodybuilding program, where I emphasize large compound movements like squats, back rows etc early in the workout (as opposed to at the end)... What I noticed is that with as little as 3 full body workouts a week I am leaner, with morning erections returning naturally.. Also my sleep is deeper. I used to get 5 hrs now I am getting a full 8. I cut my rest time to about 30 sec and don't do cardio because it killed my test... Also I find keeping rest times low give me a cardio effect to some degree.
Finally I eat a more balanced diet.. I have included more red meat (4 oz 2-3 x week). Before I had cut out meat... I also eat chicken, turkey etc.
I find my desire for sugar consumption has dropped dramatically with this new workout. Sugar is the enemy of test.
Keep in mind just 3 weeks ago I was doing the same workout but putting squats and rows at the END of it and I was more a sugar energy burning machine and I didn't know what an erection was.. I was also fatter. I also craved less animal food and more carbs. I also slept less (5 hrs).
So plan a good workout for yourself if you want to control your hormone levels.
Just some food for thought.

Aw this explains something that happened a few days ago. Everything was working fine in the beginning. We went back at it about 45 mins later for some more and I couldn't keep him hard. Not really an issue ever in my life...and never with a smoking hot young woman. Nothing could keep him going. At the time I was wearing x22 and evolve. I think I read somewhere that X22 has MEO... I'm hoping this is the case otherwise I'm finally old. :/

Thanks for the report.
Unfortunately X22 is one of the few Hax products that doesn't list it's ingredients on the website. However, in all of the Hax sprays, they do use androstadienone - so there is a fair chance it's in X22 as well.
Have you noticed any effects from any of the other products you've used. Any that give you a boost, or do they all seem neutral?

I WANT MY MOJO BACK!!!
Have your capabilities improved since you've given those products up?

I doubt its dienone. I've used GOA quite a bit around my Long Term Relationship without issues. Thats why it didnt make sense to me. Hot new young kitty, no alcohol at all, not late at night... none of the typical things that he might have some issues.
I've been lucky and have noticed very little ill effects from dienone. Only once after wearing cohesion and not taking it off before bed. The next day was depressed for a moment until I realized what was going on and pushed it out of my mind and sprayed some AOA. Even then there was no ED issues on our date day.
Up until I read this I thought it was adrenal issues. When I had severe adrenal issues is the only time in my life that I had issues with ED. Hasn't been that bad in a while but my heart was really pounding before. First "kill" in a awhile. I love that rush. It just didnt make sense to me and didn't fit the profile I've noticed in the past. Makes more sense with a catalyst.
I'll chime in on TAC too. I use it all the time, solo and combos, for sexy times and have never seen any issues with ED at all.

Hey Dsouza,
Just a couple of suggestions that worked for me:
1- more sea salt...........yes, it sounds crazy, but it works (I take 2 tbsp per day)
2- eggshell calcium - just wash and then bake them for 30min + grind up and eat
3- Sugar is not the issue, it's PUFAs (check out Ray Peat's forum for more info)
4- With every workout you are creating stress which raises Cortisol blocking Test.-try reducing stress with protein + sugar, or good fats (MCT oil) if you prefer no sugar approach + also add raw carrot on empty stomach twice a day ( simple but highly effective to restore gut health)
5- Pansterone - balances hormone levels - Shockingly effective for raised Cortisol - you will be hearing more about this supplement in the next few years - it's delivered transdermally w DMSO + keeps your dick from turtling - after using this my dick gets harder than when I used Viagra w/zero side effects - check out : for more info
Good luck!

1. I'll double down on salts. My adrenal system crashed because of a really stressful event in my life and an all plant based diet that included mostly a massive amount of organic homemade juice. Tons of potassium and no sodium can wreck the body. I eat a ton of sea salt now. Try the Dave Asprey thing of waking up to a shot of sea salt. Its like turning on a light switch for me.
3+4. Can you define sugar? If you are meaning refined sugars, 100% disagree. I further away from sugar of all sources I get the better I feel. Also, what makes you think that protein + sugar or MCTs block cortisol? Fats are the key to T for me. I eat a ton of Coco oil, GF butter, and less olive oil. I feel so much better than a low fat high protein diet of a high quality source. I would call my diet high fat, high veggie, low protein...
5. Interesting stuff there. Thanks for the link. What made you feel like it was balancing you hormones? I think this is the most overlooked part of health these days for men. Seems the endocrine system is delicate and life is a MFer to it.

1-Sounds good, but be careful Asprey is a scam artist of the highest order - he's on TRT + Modafinil daily, which will create all of the changes he is claiming with his diet - just check reddit for more info - he's very shady
3-4-I'll refer you to Ray Peat and Danny Roddy's work - it's a bit too complicated to get into here - for me personally I tried several Paleo/Primal type protocols and none of them worked as well as Peat's suggestions. Keep in mind that both diets can work, just in different ways (you can burn sugar or fat). I understand that it completely goes against the modern theories of Testosterone, but Peat and Roddy appear to be several steps ahead of everyone else with their protocols.
5- I had severe libido issues + lethargy + brain fog + sleep problems that lifted within 30min of applying Pansterone. These were issues that had been getting progressively worse over the last 12 months, gone within an hour of first application. Keep in mind that I've tried Viagra, Horny Goat Weed mixes, brasil nuts, Test. increasing diet, and nothing made a huge difference.
Also, stopped using deodorant and replaced it with baking soda + cologne (or mones) with zero body odor even with heavy workout (sweating profusely).
I've also noted that i get zero self-effects from mones now that I revolved those issues............just a thought.
