Just browsing through some articles and I stumbled across this article () at Bodybuilding.com

I have been an advocate against using Est in male products because Est makes you "one of the girls".

According to the article:

"The female 'equivalent' of testosterone is estrogen (Marieb, 2004). Whilst estrogen may increase Growth Hormone (GH), it also increases a) SHBG, which decreases the amount of free testosterone in the body; and b) cortisol, which reduces muscle mass (Hakkinen, 1989)."

Out of fear that someone will steal their formula many pheromone companies do not list their ingredients or if they do they do not list all of them. So, many products may contain Est but you won't find out until you try it and it doesn't work.

There are others that I suspect have a bit of EST to soften the Androstenone.

I have heard the argument on this forum that a bit of Est nsoftens but in my personal tests I have found that Est puts you in the friendzone, specifically the "Girlfriend" zone.

Add Glace to the list. I quit using it when Paradox suggested it some months ago...it sure made the boss man (not Alpha at all) putty in my fingers the only time I wore it. Yeah Alpha dudes see you as a wuss and chicks see you as a another chick. I've read guys on here that liked it, my guess is that they must have been serious Alpha and Glace toned them down a bit.

I actually got my T levels tested while wearing IG yesterday hehehe.

I have been wondering if wearing Pheromones could effect your endocrine system in short-med-long term use? Has this been discussed already? Surely some of it is absorbed by the skin and into the lymphatic and circulatory system?

I would try with BW, as Gary claims that it increases T.
