I believe this Garry answer is correct. He would be selling the mix if it worked. He created the both product for different purposes.

People here like to test mixes and products. For some , it is fun.

Anyone can mix it. Garry's answer is that it may or may not work. It really depends on the wearer. I believe people can test on there own. Both are complex mixes. Users should understand properties of each before mixing them.
