Yes it was a horrible experience and still a little wooozzy. I just bought the
xist and cohesion and 111 and evolve 2 weeks ago. Its really weird because for the first 10 days I was fine.

One other thing. I leave everything in my car ALL together all 5 bottles xist, cohession, 111 and evolve and a bottle of Ascend. all the bottles are fine no leeks but do you think that all of them being in a closed space like that could have been an issue ??

Get a complex b vitamin supplement. Take it more than once a day. Drink lots of water. take days off from wearing mones. Take more b vitamins with healthy fats to increase assimilation. Take a good daily multivitamin. Eat more fresh foods. Also consider taking maca and epimedium (aka horny goat weed) on the days you do not wear mones to increase your tolerence and enhance your natural mone production. Feel better

You'll dramatically increase your exposure if you hotbox yourself in a car while wearing mones. How do you know that there are no leaks in the bottles? You can't smell anything?

I'm sorry that you're not feeling well. I too occasionally experience light headedness, dizziness, headaches, anxiety attacks and lethargy especially when I wear mixes with heavy androstadienone for many days straight. Sometimes I crash in the afternoon and I just want to sleep.

Yes I can't smell anything and there are no spills or liquid marks but how much do you think it wud increase exposure a lot?

Oh yeah. Even after the scent wears away the tiny little molecules can rest on surfaces, and when disturbed (Opening/closing the door), can become lofty again.

Don't store them in your car. Not just for the OD, but repeated Hot/cold cycles will cause degradation. Like alchohol, leave them in a cool dark place my friend. Consider putting the ones you use most often in small spray bottles you can take with you instead of leaving them all in your car.

Totally true. When in an open area, you diffuse into the air and it just keeps spreading outward. In a car that is closed, you keep diffusing, but when it hits the windows it just starts bouncing around the car and building up higher concentrations in the air. Think about it as if you have a scented air freshener hanging from your rear view mirror in a car. If you have the doors closed and windows up it keeps getting stronger. if you leave the windows open it would let the scent out. Mones are the same, just can't smell them the same as an air freshener. Could be real high concentrations like 1000x exposure if you spray them in the car and stay in the car with the windows rolled up, 1000x compared to what a person in a restaurant would be exposed to from your 'mones application.

wow 1000x is serious no wonder I'm still feeling a; little light headed and woozy 3 days after my last use and 4 hour drive

Does anyone know for how long effects can last ??

Health depends on diet and exercise. Some environmental issues may cause bad health like cold, hot, dust etc. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, stay hydrate, avoid all junk and fast foods. Exercise regulatory at least 30 minutes in the morning. Drink fruit juices and green tea because these are really good for health, improve your mood and metal ability.
