She will be back home for x-mas and she is game for me to pop her cherry. I told her that would be her gift me taking her virginity. This will be tricky as I know she will then want to have a relationship even though she has stated "she won't be one of those girls"

Yeah not going to bring that around her for sure lol. She also wants it all natural lol. I told her we will had to go to planned parenthood before we did because she is going to take it right in front of me. I'm not gonna get trapped into marrying her if she gets knocked up.

Just have her take a Plan B (over the counter at any pharmacy, by the way) before sex. This can be done in front of you, if you want to be sure!
Also, I would recommend using the "pull out" method, even though she has taken the Plan B. Better safe than sorry!
