we placed an order a few days ago and immediately noticed that thing were different <
The inclusion of pheromone mafia shoud have rang more warning bells than it did.
Since then we have found the phone numbers disconnected, the customer service email address bounces and no word of tracking numbers or even advice that our order>
I hope it all goes well because haxoils are our favourite product and in the past Brad looked after us really well , especially with regard to packaging for the Aussie market .
Fingers crossed, but doing business should never be like this

Answer:

I am not sure where You placed an order in Pheromone Mafia or in our website. If in our, so we were closed from Friday till Tuesday. We put this information in our site. We answered to all emails just today.

If You placed an order in HAX/Pheromone Mafia.

Pheromone Mafia is the same company HAX. They are reliable. So do not worry they will not cheat You or something. They are just having some difficulties at the moment.

The same I could say and about Alpha Dream.

You can wait for some time or just sipmly open PayPal dispute to feel more calm.

The biggest problem, I noticed with many American companies that they do not answer to email often or just send an automatic auto reply.

European countries Customer Support is a bit better.

Did you pay $75 FEDEX shipping charges to Australia
seemed a bit high to me. This is the only option I see
at checkout for Australia.

Wonder if they ship USPS on request.

Yes we did , only option and it’s slow . I prefer DHL , but not every vendor uses them . Australia post is very slow and quite unreliable as well .

Lol. I can second that. Especially to QLD. Man, I can honestly prove'em that if I take a trip down to Sydney, and pick up the damn parcel meself and come back up north to QLD, I can do a faster job than them. Lazy arse F's.

Nothing , no response to emails , messages , or comments on here.
We shall wait s while longer and then open a pay pal dispute.
Pity , they were a good company with nice products and I have spent lots of dollars there.
But if this is how old reliable customers are treated , I shall have a rethink

I placed an order for X22 oil on the 29th. I see today the site is completely different. I sent an email requesting an update. We will see how this goes.
