hy alpha dreams (if you read this)!I ordered 2 colognes from you more than a week ago with 7days max shipping...what happened? and no email response whatsoever.i ordered it for sure to HUNGARY btw, and i have no clue whats going on. check it please,thanks.

Have you chosen the free shipping option ?

I´m located in southern Germany and in can tell you it always takes somewhat 4 weeks to get the stuff here ...

mail to Amara .. or call Chris ... best what you can do to contact them ..

i choosed 7days max shipping.. but i havent got any mail, a 'your order is on its way' tipe of mail, you know.

Hey Triaz I also had shipping concerns when I ordered L2K. Call or E-mail Alpha Dream, they will respond and give you a status update on the product. When I e-mailed they responded within a couple of hours that day or bright and early the next morning. Also ask for a sample of a product you didn't order. Alpha Dream is small company like 3-4 people, its not Amazon in terms of having a Warehouse full of products just waiting to be shipped out. They are good with customer service, you should contact them.

Often times this results from a customer choosing not to enter their email address while ordering. Without the email address we have no way to notify you of order updates, progress, or tracking information.
