i've read that vitamin D is sufficient dosage can help with vitamin A from Fat soluble like beef & chicken liver with combination of plants vitamin A ( Carrots, Spinach, kale...)

can you please confirm & add some precious ways to it

Lots of things purport to increase all those things. You are looking to grow the size of your Leydig cells. Maca has been shown to do that, theres a root that I can't remember the name of from Indonesia (destroys the rainforest digging it), certain "good" fats have been shown to do so because the leydig cells are specialized fat cells as I understand it, so olive oil maybe coconut oil, red palm oil.

Just remembered....Tongkat Ali or something similar. I liked the results from it better than maca which I also like but it's ridiculous expensive last time I looked.

I've long been on this same quest. I know that zinc is essential and is a primary component of semen. I've come to the conclusion (no pun intended), that for me, most of my volume is lost on the fact that my gun is constantly firing, and there's a limit to how much I can manufacture. I may be missing something, but I've tried volume supplements, expensive and not helpful. If I were to give it a rest for a couple days, that has an effect, but I don't want to.

You get somebody to kick your balls, you get testicular cancer, or you don't ejaculate.

The normal testicle size is around 2-3 inches in length and 1 inch in width. If you're at that size, why go for something unnatural.

If there was an actual method to doing so, everyone would know it by now. But then I may have contradict myself because mones get me laid but not everyone knows it by now.

So if there is any real way to doing so without damaging health, someone please post concrete proof.

I remember reading something about a study regarding the amount of fluid ejaculated, it was done in a controlled experiment with various supplements. The one factor which was proved was that the more hydrated the body was, the more semen could be produced. Drinking a few litres of water each day seems to help more than most supplements.

I have tried Tongkay Ali, which increased my libido after 3 weeks of cycling (5 days on, 2 off). I also take a very good multivitamin which has minerals such as magnesium, zinc, etc. But although these help ejaculations, I can't say that they made my nuts any bigger

Anyone know a natural means to increase ball size that doesn't require increases in test levels? Seems like tongkat and other herbs works by increasing natural free test.. However, I'm in a different boat.. On TRT... These supps have no effect on my balls.

Is HCG injections the only option? Are there any other non drug methods?
