Tongkat Ali increases testosterone level and sperm volume. In fact, I received my order from PowderCity two days ago but I didn't try it yet. As a previous member has mentioned, you need to cycle.


I have read that maca doesn't increase testosterone level. Most people believes that it does because it increases your sexual desire/libido.

I take ZMA (by NOW) on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before bed almost every night (I often forget to take it). I know zinc helps with this area but not sure if magnesium does so too.

Don't forget that semen volume and sperm count are two different things. Most of the constituents of semen are produced not in the testicles but in the prostate gland. Sperm itself produced in the testicles is a small part volume wise.

Even though I'm on Androgel and my balls have shrunk compared to when I wasn't I have found a way to get them approximately 10-20% bigger in a matter of days.
