I'm disappointed with Alpha Dreams. Purchase the LIIK v1, chose the more expensive transport, the estimated time of shipping is over today, they don't even tracking number sent, I sent two emails for days, and they don't respond.
I paid more for transport and nothing ...
anyway ... at least to respond to emails

Customer service for me with any business is HUGE! I don't care if a company doesn't have the best products! I LOVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I love L2k v1, but I never raved about their service.

Companies like Pheromonexs has exceptional service along with quality products, making them a leader in the business.

I was in the business of customer service for years, and good service was the difference in giving me the edge over my competitors.

Hope you receive it soon.

I had an issue with my initial order (Glace arrived but LIIK wasn't included) and got feedback from both Chris and Amara. I used the contact phone number for both however in addition to email. I got an email confirming my order with shipping info etc...did you get a similar email?

just received an email saying that ordered was sent, anything else, I contacted DHL and they don't know anything, asked the trace number but I don't know, because I was given...

Hi Ricardori,
I ordered on 23/01/2014 and received my order on 10/02/2014... DHL Express (2-3 days)...
Location: Greece

I received an apology e-mail about the delay, on 03/02/2014, including the Track No from DHL.

At least I'm happy with the purchase of LIIK v.2

LIIK v.2 is a very reliable product. I have tested it as a standalone and combined with XS products (I have placed a post 'LIIK v.2 + XS' at the DiscoverXS forum).

Personally I think Alpha Dream and Chris are solid - 100% However to his defense I'm almost positive he's a one man show and he has a full time job. But you are right, he doesn't really respond to emails in a timely manner.
