Forget about the women making the first move. It's not always natural but it can happen. Women know it's men's job to make the first move. It's easier when you find a woman is checking you out, open her right away. It will all flow from there.

Yup! So like you guys have hinted, it is more rare that they make the first move, unless circumstances that have been stated.

Notice also, when I female likes you, she'll make you're job a lot easier, opening up with little hints for you to capitalize on.

Women, LOTS of women, always make the first move. Men just think they do.

But I've had more than a handful make the first move ... with and without alcohol. IT HAPPENS! Just saying.

I agree with MMM. Women make the first move a lot. Most men don't pick it up.

- prolonged eye contact
- first touch (extreme would be boobing or butting)
- getting closer to you
- playing with a neck item so you look at their boobs
- suggestive language (questions, etc)

They just make subtle moves. There is a lady that I have worn pheromones around for 2 years. She never made a gesture that I would call a hit. She lives with someone and she knows that I am married. The other day she asked about the Lebron DM incident and I said you know why he sent it. She said that his wife is probably not giving him enough. I asked how she would know about that. She said that she doesn't get enough. We talked and she finally told me that she has wanted me for two years, but that she is shy and I am married. She is also Asian and wasn't sure I thought she was attractive. I had no idea. She said that she was sending me signals. I had no idea. She brought up the Lebron thing to move the conversation. She made the first move.

Women are subtle creatures...

Most women won't stare at you, like men do, they'll wait and observe when you're not looking. It's best not to look like a ravenous dog when you're out and about.

But they will give you obvious clues as stated above

Instead of asking a girl out, say "I think it would be a good idea If we went out". That way, she's not rejecting you, but rather, the idea. Seems insignificant, but it helps

Are we talking about ioi's or the woman literally coming up to the guy and asking him out?

I figure the woman approaching is actually "the first move" ...

Just recently happened to one of my coworkers. The chick found an excuse(borrow a cigarette), came up to him, made small talk and asked him out. Plenty of guys were heart broken as they all admired this chick secretly.

I told my coworker, that's their problem! They never had the balls enough to go and ask her out after all this time, so don't hate... because it was HER that asked him out!

I was happy for him, as he looks up to me and sometimes calls me "pimp"... As he usually sees me talking with the ladies.

But I think that's what's considered making a move.

I second this. Speaking about myself, many a times a girl have said to me that we could have been something, done this or that, or they were interested, etc and gave me these or those signals but I didn't pick up on her signals. In some cases I just wasn't interested in them, in others I was trying so hard to send her the right signals at the right time I missed what she sent. From what they said, the best signals are getting closer both physically and getting to know things about me (believe it or not, a signal is talking about shopping and sleeping habits); and necklaces that they wear or play with.
