I know you guys might have seen my post a few months ago.

But I messed up bad. I lost faith and ironically I ordered more products.

I'm going to try another round.

Let me set the scene. I have an asian flatmate. I'm really into her. I workout a lot. I'm on NOFAP (72 days)...so, I'm guessing I'm in a pretty decent mental + physical state.

But instead of feeling awesome. I often feel depressed. I'm on Zoloft for social anxiety.

I thought pheromones would help loosen me up and take me to the next level with women. But I literally haven't seen anything yet.

I think the problem is with me and not pheromones.

I was really lost. So I had to hit the reset button. I quit the forums and quit pheromones altogether.

But reading people's posts has given me faith again. I understand as many legends have mentioned that pheromones account for 10% of the game.

But I'm alright with the other 90% albeit not perfect. I study engineering at Imperial College London. I do well with grades. But I do have some issues with social anxiety that I'm working on with a counsellor and medications.

I'm sorry for this long rant. But having spent 100s of dollars on liquids in small glass bottles...I dont want to know that it's all snake oil(i know it isn't)

My main targets are as follows:

1) be more confident socially
2) have some close connection with my asian flatmate.

I just want to see a HIT HAPPEN! ( I know its real abstract-but AV users mention obvious hits)

I'm a dark skinned person from Asia, 23 years of age, relatively fit, able to look women in the eye and hold conversations.

I guess, I was just expecting too much with mones.

Any thoughts lads? My apologies for this long winded rant.

If you've read this long. I'm sure you will leave a few words to inspire me.

Today's game for the flatmate.

10 drops asian for non asian (4 on each wrist and 2 on neck)
4 drops androstadienone (2 mcg strength - 2 drops on each wrist)
1 spray of core for luck (to the adam's apple)

What's up bruh! I was in a similar set up as far as believing mones work or not. Now I'm a full believer. Best thing I can say is have patience with testing a SINGLE product at a time.. At least a week or 2. Also be observant, and don't put the product on a pedestal. Let it work and watch for subtle differences that will in time become major differences.

Mine was Ammo only because it was my first phero product.
Had a co-worker just barely stalking me the first weeks of using it around her. She'd grab me pull me aside and just stare at me across the room, even with her being 15 years older than me, it doesn't stop our friendship we still got going today haha. It had minimal effects on my other co-workers, probably because they knew the old me back then and weren't keen to changing their view on me. Dropped Ammo shortly after that because Androtics shady business they've been doing. Moved on to mainly XS and just got my hands on NA, which on this same co-worker seems to be doing well too, but nothing as blatant as Ammo back then, probably because it diffuses so well & easily.

All my newer co-workers are practically caught in my phero web

Nick, you're right, it is you.

First, you've gotta cure yourself of the disease called ONEITIS. You've pretty much put your flatmate on a pedestal and started worshipping her. This has to stop. Women (generally) are not attracted to men who "worship" them. You may not be showing it by virtue of a poker face (I don't know, guessing here), but you'll definitely vibe it and she'll pick up on that.

To overcome social anxiety, go out for social gatherings and singles nights. Meet more women AND men. Your brain will manufacture excuses such as "not feeling well," "not enough money," "not handsome enough," etc. to try to talk yourself outta it. Don't give in. Tell your brain to STFU and just go. Just do it.... WITHOUT MONES.

Let the people you meet know up front that you're naturally shy and working to overcome it. They'll be more empathetic towards you and assist you with that. Those that don't are just born assholes, don't sweat them, just move on to the next person.

When your inner game improves, you can bring mones into the equation. Not before.

I don't claim to know everything, Nick, and I'm open to the possibility that I'm completely off-whack here. But based on personal experience, I know the above to be true.

I've had ONEITIS in the past. More than once. In a bad, BAD way. Lotsa tears, sleepless nights, headaches and heartaches.

I've suffered from social anxiety and wouldn't open up to people, preferring to shell myself into my own "protective bubble." I could be in a crowd and still feel very lonely. Edit: the flipside to shelling-in is masking-up, that is, presenting myself to others as someone who I am not. In essence, wearing a mask. I did this also in the past.

Depression hit me so hard that at one point, I lost nearly 10kg due to loss of appetite. Never clinically diagnosed, but all the markers were there. I went through another down-spell earlier this year and did the Lorazepam routine for two months, being nothing more than a zombified shell during that time.

Through all of that, I realized that:
1. change does not come easy;
2. change has to come from within;
3. repetition of the new paradigm is key;
4. the only approval I require is that of my own;

Start with yourself. Subs are a good place. As33156 has a number of them available if you search the forum.

Hey nick,

Glad to hear that you're taking the time to improve yourself. I believe for most guys getting their hands with mones (and the pick up community) is that they are more focused on outward approach, thinking that by putting liquid on their skin or memorizing lines it will fix their problems with women (and life in general).

We forget to remember that what brought us in this kind of life is ourselves instead of looking inward and improve inner selves we look for the quick fix or the magic pill.

No amount of mones or game can fix a guy's problem with women if he is not confident (plus other traits) in the first place.

Just continue working on different areas of your life. The abundance of women, career opportunities, money will follow.

I share the same path with you before. You'll do just fine man.
