Hey Guys,

Hope everyone had a great & safe St. Patty's Day. I'm looking to get Evolve XS but can't decide on the cover scent. Currently they have:
- Sultans Oud
- Pepper/Nutmeg
- FXS
- Fresh Musk (Patchouli/Vetiver/Fir)
- Nobility

I have no clue as to how any of these smell but I've heard that FXS has a light & sweet smell and I have smelled Patchouli before in soap and that's was good.

Any of the users here have any recommendations?

I like the FXS. Sultan's Oud is also ok. However, I now order my stuff unscented. This way, I can choose among the different scents that I have depending on my mood and the situation.

Well in my oppinion, if you are low on cash or unwilling to invest in a cover scent.. get a scented version. If not, or you have some cologne you like.. go with the unscented versions so you can rock the cover colognes you want like Mars82 said.

Ive smelled a few scent testers from Phero xs and can say that:

- Sultans Oud =>Egyptian musk like scent.. dont like this personally and it seems something old men would wear.
- Pepper/Nutmeg => Just like it says.. those two ingredients put togheter.. would be more of a winter scent imo.
- FXS => On the more fresh side of the sprectrum. A good option and you won't have trouble finding a cover scent that goes well with it.
- Fresh Musk (Patchouli/Vetiver/Fir) => Have never smelled this one.
- Nobility => Also more on the fresh side of the sprectrum. A good option and you won't have trouble finding a cover scent that goes well with it.

I quite like FXS - It is light, fresh and slightly tart smelling but very easy to cover.

I'm also getting a liking for the Fresh Musk etc - its a strange one, I can't quite place the scent but slightly medicinal is the best way to describe it maybe but again, its light and very easy to cover. Not like any Pachouli I've ever smelled.

Just reactivating this thread. Looks like when you posted this thread there were few cover scents. Now there are more. Have you tried any new ones lately? Which ones did you like?
Any pleasant but modern type?

Kalzon, I've purchased recently XiSt in Aventus and was amazed with this scent.
I read a good thing about Le Male scent.
But I need to order Evolve oil and SOB oil, and hesitating whether these scents would covers mones successfully, or maybe I will be order unscented and use them with my 1 milion, Armani Code Profumo, Versace Eros?
Nobody wants answer me on pXS forum even here.

any musky scent...I prefer Azzaro Pour Homme (original from 70s)...or YSL Rive Gauche...both of these also have the advantage of an anise, sandalwood notes which are known to arouse women.

Your choices are good, but I dont know whether they will support the pheromones or over power them. They spray out too much. May be you find a way to use them half spray, by not pressing the pump all the way down? Dont know. But what I think is, if you want to apply pheromone on the go during travel, I would not want to carry an extra perfume with me which usually comes in big bottles. So I thought to choose something from the available cover scents.
I read good things about Aqua Di Gio, liked by many, but they getting bored because everyone has it. Depends upon where you are, it might be new to that area. My area the Oud, musk, nutmeg things are common household thats why I am ignoring them and checking for the other options.
By now so far I only know the 'Cool Water' cover scent. It smells nice and masculine, like the typical after shave liquid. Still soothing.
Your 'Aventus' sounds interesting, I might try that later.
My idea would be if you are using all these three in combo, then the Aventus from the Xist will do the work, and other two be kept unscented. I am a newbee but finding these ideas after a few day uses and studying the people's discussions.
