This new business model of AD's is ludicrous. Word is that they are going to charge a membership fee. But here's the thing since they say they are going private and not selling to the general public then they will have no choice but to dramatically increase prices in order to make a profit. Who in their right mind would pay a membership fee to pay for overpriced products?

Instead of having a working phone number where customers can contact you, I get a recorded message every time.
Instead of getting an email letting me know my order will be delayed or that there are inventory problems at the moment and the store will be temporarily shut down, I have to go into the forums to find out 3 weeks after I purchase and get the run around.
Instead of taking criticism and apologizing for lackluster service or working to provide better service, the thread gets deleted and I get permabanned.
It's these kinds of tactics that have me now saying FUCK ANDROTICS after 7 years. I'd like to also take this time to extend a warm FUCK YOU to the mods that deleted that thread and banned myself and most likely the thread starter. This is not how you run a business or a community, faggots. You have a problem, own that shit. Don't beta out like a pussy. Don't continue to run a store you don't have product for and have no idea when you'll have it. Don't take down your phone and make it damn near impossible to contact you. If I never came here, I wouldn't know shit about what the hell is going on with my order. As much as I enjoyed using the products over the years, I will never buying a fucking thing from here again. I'm sure I can find the equivalent on competitor websites.

Yes in November and for that reason i search for updates about them.They don't respond to e-mails and order in 'procesing..' even now.Honestly i hope they will send the products i paid.You know? ?I work for my money.
Buy the way, i am from Spain.The last order i put with Androtics was in 2015 and i had the products in my house in one week with DHL.
If what they say now its true... but as that man said in his post, people put orders every day even if Androtics don't have any products in stock.
What you see on the store its not real stock.

I made an order early last week (don't remember the day though) and they shipped it via DHL 2 days ago, on Saturday.
According to the tracking number, it is still in San Francisco as "shipment info received". I was surprised because even on their site on the top, they say it could take a while to ship. I live in Canada
Will update.
