I placed and paid an order from androtics back in March. Still have yet to receive it. They don't answer emails. Phone number is disconnected and on their website they reference a chat box as the best way to contact them but it doesn't exist. I've tried multiple browsers and on desktop computer and there is no chat box. I am just really fed up, their products are not cheap and can't get an answer anywhere. Should I just give up on my order and look for something else?

I just checked the website and can't find the chat either. Not good. They used to have a ticker showing the most recent purchase. I don't see that either.

Very odd.

If you paid thru paypal or credit card put in a dispute, you’ll force an answer out of them or get your money back

I second that. Get your money back ASAP. That company has been untrustworthy from the get go, it only seems to have gotten worse. Don’t let the dispute window close if you paid with visa, there is a cutoff.

I placed my first order with them around March as well. After 3 weeks of waiting I sent them emailed them twice for a refund and no response. So, I escalated to opening a dispute on PayPal for my money back. Waited a week with no response and just when I asked paypal to step in to make the final decision, Androtics added a tracking number and shipped the item. Got my order on May 9th.
