Hello everyone, I just received my first order of Turn Up The Heat , the 2.5 mcg 30 ml spray bottle. First of all, thanks for the quick delivery ... much appreciated!

I've been searching on this board, and found a recent thread, but haven't been able to find any really specific data. My questions are fairly general, as in:

As a 51 year old straight man, looking for a woman age 35-40 plus ...

What's the appropriate dosage in terms of numbers of sprays? How many days of experimenting before increasing the dosage in order to find the sweet spot? Should there be any days off before increasing the dosage? What environments are recommended and/or not recommended for use with this product (general public, gym, friends gathering, restaurants/bars/nightclubs, etc.)? Any special suggestions or advice for a first time user?

Turn Up The Heat is generally more of a bar/nightclub type of product but not necessarily. you can try using in other settings and see how it works for you. Since you're 51 I recommend starting out with 2 sprays on proper application points. Pay close attention to how people you already know are reacting or if you're getting more glances, looks, hair flips etc from women. Since its not a status product you won't notice much difference from men. you can also just put it on and forget about it and reflect back on the day. Make sure to throughly wash your app points everyday since its high Androstenone product. Although I guess since you're older you can probably take 4 sprays without much overdose side effects.
