Damn 50-75mg? I don't ever remember taking any doses that high. I think there's one that I have that still has it in it. But I do recall reading about one or two people that died from it, except I thought it they had taken way too much of preworkout that contained it. I'll have to look into if the stuff actually expiries. Currently I take caffeine and bronkaid 3 times a day, probably every single day, for what's been probably the last 10 years... Haven't been to a Dr since I was 18 outside of going to a walk in for a cold or needing to get stitches from cutting myself at work. All that ephedrine and caffeine has probably done a number on my heart
