I recived my order form TP ordered on 6/13.
Three items 1 True Love oil spray, 1 True Instinct Body spray, and 1 True alpha body spray, &1 togo bottle

Package arrived ok, but after I opened it I found two bottles had leaked in the shipment. Both caps were open.
They sent me a sample togo spray but the entire contents were gone.
The true love cap was also open and about 1/4 of that bottle leaked out too. There was only one peice of bubble wrap in the box and it was just thrown in...Not blister packed or secured in any way. The spray cans seemed ok.

I went to their website and left a message but I didn't receive any follow up. Last week I sent a PM to Nikki on this website and still no follow up...Also their phone chat service didn't work for me...

At This point I would issue a SAVE YOUR MONEY BUYER BEWARE ALERT for this Website.!!!

Wow ...

this sounds like a really bad experience ...

is must say that their products do work ... especially True Love is really good stuff ..

and now the downsides ..

I´m waiting for my own order since nearly 2 months now and 3 weeks past i sent them an e-mail and they reshipped my order at the 9 June ..

i´ve used their contact formular and i´d get a response the other day ..

BUT

Nothing arrived yet !!

- they are using somewhat smaller 30ml bottles for their products which Androtics tryed out and came really fast back to the old ones
the spray head does not really fit onto this bottle and the bottle has to be filled to the max in order to contain 30ml
you can imagine that leaking is preprogrammed

- the scent of the products may work as a cover scent and it could be that some like it but sorry this is not for a sophisticated nose ...
they do not offer different scent packages

- the design of the labels on the bottles is not really appealing and looks straigt ... cheap

Their products would be really cool and they do work .. but .. please guys listen to your customers !

This is such a shame because they shipped to me really quickly. None of the bottles leaked, although my order was probably sent before they changed it.

They seem to be slipping and there is no sign of Nikki anymore, which is a missed opportunity to deal with the issue and score points for Truepheromones.

On a side note, they seem to be going for direct competition against AD, with the front page saying they don't hide their formula unlike 'other companies' not to mention some other statements which would probably be slander had they explicitly mentioned AD by name.

John S did say (although not directly) they might be chasing TP for ripping off their format.

TP should have just created their own style and done their own thing. Wasted opportunities aplenty.

TraderNeil i have no idea whats going on or even if your email made it through. We have 6 staff members in the office answering phones, emails, live chats YOU NAME IT all for you guys!

I can have your entire order re shipped if necessary. Yes of course there has been some problems with the USPS postal carrier being rough with packages. I've even heard of boxes being completely torn up by them as well and contents have fallen out.

Nevertheless communicate to us directly via our website and many avenues of communication. Not through an external forum or a PM.

What is your order number and i'll have it shipped immediately from our Houston office. You will receive an email update as soon as it ships!

TP customer service is top notch guys. The chance of a bad shipment is inevitable, no way around it. Please come back and tell us how good they take care of you when it's all over (fair is fair).
