Tighten up the qa for processing orders and they will have loyal customers.

Very true on all accounts. I send them a money order (overnight), it takes them a week to supposedly process it. I, personally am more than a bit frustrated with True. I have not seen too much benefit to their pricing. Also their quality control appears to be more than questionable.

I agree.

It makes you wonder if they have the same quality control problems in other areas of the company.

They made it right




They sent a 30 ml instead of 20. Note the labels.

I also got a hand written apology.

I have finally received the right bottle after receiving three packages from them together with a hand written message from Lolly and an empty bottle of dropper. I'm relieved !


@paradigmshift which is the correct bottle you got? Is the label of the bottle on the right struck out? lol

Hahaha i didnt even notice that! Lol. The one on the left is the first bottle. As you can see there is no indication of what it is except for the label that says custom formula. The one on the right is the apology bottle. I was only supposed to get 20 but Lolly sent a 30 as an apologyfor the mistake.

Thats interesting that there is a strike through on the size. But as you can see the levels are the same and its the standard 30 ml bottle we all know so well.

I've never had any problems with TP aside a leaked to go bottle. It was completely drained but I got a new one with my second order. My only qualm is that shipping takes a very long time. Androtics and HAX have been the best in that department, Love scent and TP the worst, but Love Scent pulled through the last time. It was rather quick.
