Well when i ordered tatrione it was 50 mg in a 50 ml bottle. And it was labeled.

It probably is 50 mg in a 30 ml bottle but its unlabeled. So the only way to confirm this is to contact them. I have had the need to contact their customer service more times than any phero company.

Androtics 1 time bottles leaked

Alphadream 1 time for confirmation of delivery. It was a partial delivery but once chris is fully moved in on the west coast this will not occur since he wont be shipping from two different places.

P7 1 time for order status. Diane is notoriously slow at times

Love scent 1 time because of signature required issue

Liquid alchemy 0 times

Hax 0 times

Now bear in mind Ive ordered a lot from androtics. Alpha dream is several orders and the issue was a non issue since i forgot he shipped molecules from east coast and mixes from west coast. Several orders from p7.

Ive probably ordered 6 times from true. Until they started sending the body sprays as freebies, every togo i got had leakage ranging from 1 ml leaking to completely empty. Sent an email to them about that and i dont recall getting a response. Gave up on ordering togos from them. A single molecule order involved two calls to customer service. One to advise i ordered it in ethanol so they sent me a bottle with ethanol. They messed that up too so a second call was made.
Last christmas they forgot to include a bottle of TL oil. I didnt bother calling them but i should have. And now this...

There has been no consistency in how they handle single molecules. Look at all the reports of people getting various size bottles. I would have been better off ordering the dry concentrate and dissolving it myself.

If they would get their ordering processing down this would not be an issue. They have good products but im done with them after this.

It is 50MG with a 1MG/ML ratio

As always their inattention to detail when actually shipping the items is staggering. Like the products, don't like the bullshit.

They are shipping out the remaining too for my order. At least they put in the effort. I hope it is right this time!

Impressive you get an invoice with your order. I ordered 3 bottles and finally received '2', no invoice. I call Customer Service, (probably should be renamed the Complaint Department' and Elizabeth tells me i should receive the other bottle in 10 days. I am kind of curious why it suggests on their website of 2-4 days shipping!

But you live in canada! Everything takes longer to deliver to canada. Even longer when a canadian orders from a canadian company!!!

The lack of an invoice is just another example of inattention to detail.

Tighten up the qa for processing orders and they will have loyal customers.
