If you read my thread on DHEA, I think some pheromones can turn to other target hormones through enzymes on the skin and be absorbed into the body. Since the ammount being used and converted is so little and insignificant it should have little to no impact. However everyday use could have some potential. 25mg of DHEA a day is essentially HRT.

With that said, I'm not worried and will continue to use pheromones. I would be more worried about phyto-estrogens in our food, but that's another days lesson.

This is part of the reason why I chose to use silicones so extensively. They should prevent absorption significantly versus an alcohol based formula.

This is also the reason why I pay extra to have the pheromones purified to close to 99% before using them in a formula. The impurities can be many different, very strange molecules left over from the oxidation or reduction state of the synthesis - some of them with very reactive and unstable groups (example: Androstenol-3-Permanganate) This is why I think it is so important to purity them as much as possible before using them. I ordered a batch from China about a year ago and found it was 80% pure, with the other 20% being (suspected from strucure elucidation) all kinds of sulfates and permanganates and dehydrogenates and it was tainted with lead. I had to throw it out as it was grossly impure. That was my last order from China.

Ken, you also order a lot of the pure chemicals. You have to be extremely careful when handling them to prevent exposing yourself to mega-doses. They are very fine particles which are very persistent on surfaces, and can travel far away from the source due to ionization or static electricity. You have to always wear a mask and long sleeve gloves, and clean surfaces meticulously to avoid exposing yourself.

I can guarantee my singles are at least 98% (more often closer to 99%) pure, and do not contain bizzare impurities. From other companies, who really knows where it comes from or whether or not it's pure. I'm not trying to advertise myself here, I am just telling it like it is.

For the sake of knowing, maybe you can send a small amount of one of the compounds from another company into Steraloids (talk to emanuelle), and they can run TLC for about 100 bucks to tell you how pure it is.

Ken, over-exposure to pure compounds or even minimal exposure to impure compounds can be the route of your problems.

Its been a while since this happened. And i am wondering how this went. Was any further test good Kmacc? Did you find out if there was any problems. And have this made you calm down the use of pheromones?

Some people have commented on me gainning weight since I started testing the body building supplements. The 4 AD especially, makes me feel like my neck ( application point) is getting bigger. Weight gain is very unusual for me. With the well known and tested mone. I haven't notice anything out of the norm.

P.S. And as for as sex drive, 3,6,17 Trione, 1,4,7 trione, Delta 2, 4 AD, and a couple of others I can't think of right now sprite's my sex drive instantly. The hardest sprite (and forgive my use of word) is a tie between the 4 AD and the Triones.

etoh is a penetrant and can carry stuff into cells. Dissolving 4AD in etoh and applying, you are basically absorbing mcg doses of androgens through your skin. Transdermal applications.

The body scoops up things like the prohormone 4AD and utilizes it either locally or systemically. Transdermal and sublingual delivery are less than IV absorption but far better than oral administration. You could take 100 mg of a product and actually absorb maybe 25 mg through the process of digestion. You could take 25mg and take it transdermally and absorb about 20 mg. Same goes for sublingual and cyclodextrin delivery. The liver is what filters most oral administered agents before it hits the bloodstream although some pass through.
IV, trans, and sub all bypass this step and shuttle directly into the cells.

Back in the day when I was big into MMA and street fighting I used to take 4AD and 1Test transdermally. I used to roll my own batches and I used isopropyl and a few other goodies as the carrier. Etoh app should perform similar.

i have definitely noticed that

for example, sometimes i m horny and about to meet up with a chick

i put on the pheromones and boom, my drive goes away.its like i get high on it

there was 1 time i put on instant shine right before meeting up with a chick at a hotel and i had one round and my drive after that tapped out completely

also makes me wonder why I read a BUNCH of reports of guys having girls drool over them and the guy does not close the deal

ive read countless of reports where they brushes the chick aside
