Heard about pine pollen a year or so ago. After reading, I came to the conclusion that it's more hype than an outstanding product. But I'm open to read reviews from you guys.

I'm personally most excited to test avena sativa extract. This one sounds at least as promising as epimedium. I'm surprised no one here has tried it yet.

i use pine pollen tincture i made it my self from pine pollen powder 100gram diluted in 40% alcohol Vodka for 2 weeks then i have to separate the tincture so i use the dropper to my mouth and after few minutes you feel it. and believe me its works amazingly

tincture from alcohol is absorbed much quicker in the bloodstream than the powder itself because some of the hormones can be destroyed in stomac

I actually take avena sativa extract as part of a supplement blend...So I'm not sure what it does on its own....or to my signature...I take it in a blend with maca, horny goat weed, yohimbe and a few others...

I'll be purchasing some in a week along with tongkat ali extract. My Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed), Maca, Camu, and Moringa shipped out today, so I expect I'll be able to put that to use in a few days.

Keep in mind that all of this might be an attempt to hide an underlying problem...........low T. Best to try to raise T with Diet/Lifestyle choices long term, instead of relying on supplements.

Only issue with long term supplementation is that it might cause lower natural T production, as people see with too much Thyroid for instance. Although, with so many men on TRT today, I wouldn't be surprised to see most using it in 20-30 years........much like ED drugs.

You are probably correct...My T is a bit low...The challenge for me is that prostate problems come when I take T from the doc....and rage...and a bit of acne (WTF)...I don't have those problems with the supplements and I get the same effect.

Ray Peat's forum has some excellent info on resolving those issues permanently.

My T crashed a couple of years ago.........Peat's resources made a huge difference.

-Lowering Estrogen

-High-dose Caffeine (+600mg/day)

-High Protein + High Carb + low/no carb + low fat

-MCT oil throughout the day (1.5T/1000 calories)......this is only at the beginning to mitigate endotoxin issues



***btw: acne issues probably caused by adrenalin.......fix blood sugar.....fix acne......mct oil works well..
