I'm not convinced maca does a ton in the way of boosting testosterone. It seems to do something unique in itself, optimizing one's overall hormone production? I'd like to know how those taking maca perceive a signature change.

I'm looking mainly for anecdotal reports here. If you noticed something you believe to be down to a change in your supplement regime, I'd like to hear about it here.

Haidut on the Ray Peat forum has discussed many ways to increase testosterone naturally (he was able to bring his T up to lab-test max with supplements alone):



Also, coconut oil @ higher doses throughout the day appears to destroy all effects of endotoxin (raised Cortisol, Estrogen, Serotonin). I can vouch for this personally...........1.5Tbsp/1000 calories. When you mitigate these effects, thyroid can function properly, increasing T and libido.

All of this would certainly change someone's personal chemical signature.

Also, if most mental illness is caused by the increase of these hormones, then the attraction of certain chemical signatures can be viewed from a different perspective...........complimentary body chemistry between two people. So you end up being attracted to someone who can facilitate the continued production of those hormones in yourself, which your body is simply using as a defense mechanism against disease (macro and micro). Similar to the way that gut bacteria can send messages to the brain for pleasure/reward based on the foods you eat.........or are just thinking about eating, so you feel good as soon as you know you're about to have pizza for lunch (not to mention booz).

Caffeine also have excellent effects on liver detox :



Warning..........be sure to work up to higher doses slowly. I made the mistake of increasing the dose too quickly (1.2grams), and had a stress reaction that could best be described as DREAD!!!

When I take pumpkin seed for couple of days,products work differently(less hits) and I can wear more Androstenone.

Not a supplement per se, but the one thing I've used that really makes an obvious difference is edging. The day after that, I get tons of eye contact and stares from women, and I feel more confident and outgoing. Don't overdo it, though. Find your own sweet spot, and don't ejaculate.

Oh man this works? Edging is hell difficult to start practicing. After 2 attempts, Im all blown. Hard to control!

i experienced the same using some supplement and subliminal that increases testosterone, i have found that before using all this, i was attracting younger girls using one spray of sob, now one spray of sob seems too much to my new signature and i have to use only half spray, or spray one 3 to 4 hours before meeting.

I just heard of it recently. This is the one I'm looking at:



I plan to test this out in 3-4 weeks. Many, many things will come before that. Black maca, camu, moringa, epimedium, tongkat, avena sativa, etc. I'm going a bit crazy with supplements recently.
