Warning, though, I read that too much B6 for too long can result in irreversible nerve damage. If you stick with a 100mg B complex daily you're fine, but avoid additional B6 for any extended period of time (a day or two should be fine.)

I too find that a good B-complex helps. I also take a lot of Vitamin D. Vitamin D is a aromatase blocker. Aromatase converts testosterone to estrogen (at least in men) so any aromatase inhibitor will help support testosterone. At least I read that there is some evidence of this. I'm no expert, though.

I am glad to know that WhiteNoise309 endorses my research. It will be very interesting & helpful if other members also give a try to B-Complex in increasing their libido.
Mind it, Viagra like stuff works only if you are sexually aroused or in other words charged by the usage of B-Complex

Curious to know your age and body weight, and what do you consider as taking A LOT OF VITAMIN D?

After reading Snoops recommendations of madisonjamesresearchchems decided to check them out and ordered Tadalafil/Sildenafil Caps. Used 1 so far with excellent results! I took it 7hrs before hand, next time I'll try for 3-4hrs and see what happens might even try 2.

Will be ordering Avanafil, Vardenafil & Dapoxetine stocking up for summer.

Needless to say so long BD!

I received their liquid tadalafil on Monday and it is different than anything I've gotten from anywhere else. It comes in a 30ml bottle. There is no bulb dropper but they supply a liquid syringe for dosing properly. The liquid is a bright pink strawberry flavored viscous liquid. Sort of the consistency and color of Pepto Bismol.

I took 1ml about 2 hours before expecting sex. Worked like a charm. Really good stuff so far!
