I came across this on another site while I was searching for advice about getting bigger Bollocks. I was impressed by what I read about it in David Bellamy's "Bellamy Herbal" [He's one of those television naturalist/ biologists who's a bit like David Attenborough, when he opens his mouth people listen]. He noted it's traditional Viagra type role in Mexican medicine, prevention of premature ejaculation, cure for impotence and abililty to be drunk as a tea subsitute.

I found that Holland and Barratt who are a British health food and supplement retailer sells Damiana in gelatine capsules, 450mg per cap. So I'm taking it as a daily supplement, as a herbal tea. I split the capsule pour it into the mug and add boiling water. Although it's powder it doesn't disolve it just colours the water, so I have to swill it round when it gets near the bottom and drink the sediment. It doesn't sound nice but it smells and tastes fantastic. I can't quite describe it but it is a bit like that warm smooth, almost creamy, smell I associate with powdered ginger root but without the slight spice kick. Juniper berries might come into it somewhere too.

I haven't noticed bigger 'Nads nor have I been hornier or harder but it does take longer to achieve orgasm and what I call the "Vinegar strokes"- where you reach the no turning back point and it feels like a column of acid is slowly rising up inside your urethra- is more prolonged and also deeper in it's intensity.
