I figured I am going to spread the love today and do another company review or two!

I have had nothing but good service with John at Pheromone Treasures. Where do I begin?

1. Bottles look amazing.
2. Orders come with a small treasure chest free of charge, that may contain smaller bottle orders. (In other words, if you order a 10ml oil, it may come in a small treasure chest.) Additionally, big or small bottles will be wrapped in a gold, string-tied bag.
3. Oils (maybe some sprays) are taped to prevent any possible leaking.
4. Orders come with a sample.

I could go on and on, but how many companies go above and beyond with making you feel like you ordered a pheromone treasure? Beyond that, there have been a couple of times in the past where I called John on order status, product returns, and product questions. I am not sure if that is his personal number, but if it is then be easy on the calls, everyone

In any event, I am very happy with the products and service given. Not only is it good to find a company that has some homerun products, but service and the additional "oomph" makes it better!

Quick note: As I saw a thread on shipping times, it may depend on stock. You may get your product in days or it may be a week or so. (That is taking into account the dreaded USPS, even though they have gotten better lately.) Usually I get my products in a matter of days.

I have also had similar experience with this company as you described. I really like the detail they put into things like the gold bags and the handmade treasure chests.

I get half of my single molecules from them as a lot of them are only $10 for the 1MG/1ML bottles of your choice in Ethanol or DPG and they are A-Androsterone, Epi-Androsterone, DHEA, and Pregnenolone. I also get my Oxytocin from them as well and at$40 for the 1MG/1ML it is the best value I have found.

They really pay attention to all the details and I have always got my products in a decent time frame.

I have really enjoyed Captain oil, Swoon, and GOA from them and the value is there without a doubt. I like the smoothness of there products and the ease of use.

Unfortunately my experience with PT hasn’t been too great. John never seems to answer when I call customer service and he has never got back to emails either. I’ll still be giving his products a go as they’re so highly rated, even though swoon has been a dud so far for me.

This is in stark contrast to the service I’ve got from Steve and Garry so far.

I've had a good experience with Pheromone Treasures. I've also had a good experience with Pheromone XS, Love Scent, LAL, Apex, and Copulins X.

PT products -repeat buys, will continue to buy
Captain oil x 3
Swoon oil x 2
See me journal for captain swoon combo

Dud for me- GOA solo, does add something when comboed with
other mones

Prefer PXS over PT for:
Prefer Evolve over THU. This is merely preference.
THU works for me but me just like evolve results.

Prefer scented product as feel it projects better.
Vanilla is good. Plan to try other scents.
Suggestions welcome.

Prefer oils over sprays due to leakage.

Oils- if fall on dresser or turn sideways in gym bags,
Pants pockets, only leak slightly. Put oils in ziplocs
for carry.

Sprays- containers leak profusely if fall on dresser
or in gymbags/ pant pockets. Lose alot of product
but worst is to have a wet spot on pants when leaks.

Hence reason for oil preference.
One suggestion me have yet to try is
to combine iso e cologne and swoon oil in
cologne atomizer as a solution for
carry solutions.

Overall love PT products just wish
spray bottle wouldnt leak.

Same- John has not helped or responded when I emailed him. (Doesn't stop me from buying his products) Garry on the other hand...

Weird, I have e-mailed John few times the past 1-2 weeks and he responded to all of them.

I have emailed PT's customer service a week ago and received no reply yet. I understand it's the holidays, so I'm willing to try again and wait. But so far, the lack of response is not a good sign imo.

My understanding is that John works a full time job (engineer, I think) and does the pheromones.

If you call and leave a message, he will respond, but it may take a minute. Sending an email seems to be a better strategy.

Very positive response from all the products that ive tried with PT.

I am trying to return a product because PT states that it offers a 60 days 100% satisfaction guarantee for a full refund of the purchase price. I have written emails to PT, tried to contact them through the website, and tried calling. No answer. No response.

This has not been a good customer experience so far.
