Ordering is easy. And shipping is fast. But it's a shame that PT never responds to emails or calls.

Normally they have been fast and very responsive. Maybe they are back logged or family issues to attend to. And even if you go past the 60 day mark. I'm sure since you have it documented they will accommodate you on the return policy.

I like PT's products but they are the only vendor that almost never reply my emails. I've sent back items for refund under the 60 days moneyback guaranteed recently. The package was delivered 5 days ago with all the info of the order that was returned but have yet to receive any refund. I sent quite a few emails but John also never reply.

I had difficulty getting a reply for a refund as well. The only way I got any kind of answer from PT was to open a dispute with PayPal. Then suddenly, magically, there was a reply! Unfortunately, opening a dispute with PayPal seems to be the only way to effectively communicate with that guy.

I was giving him some more time before I open a dispute but he happened to reply back refund me today so all is good now.

I was not happy with the service I received but it was a couple years ago. First order took 2 weeks to ship. He said he had a whole sale order but then didn't even let me know. Second time I had emailed asking something and he blew me off.
