Remember the government research facility in Alaska for HAARP, and all the conspiracies sourrounding it some time ago? Well, good old Jesse Ventura has a new TV show on TRU TV and has maybe shed some new light on what it's capable of, and it's scary as hell!

This is a 4 part video, and if you're into conspiracies it WILL drag you in. So, unless you have 45 minutes to spare, hold off on watching it until you do!

Like most conspiracy stories, this contains a tiny bit of truth buried in a hogswallop of bs. I've been following HAARP's story since the government first made plans to build this. And I bet most of the bs comes straight from the intelligence community, in a very successful attempt to muddy the waters around what this is really all about.

Here is what I believe HAARP is really all about:

1. Plasma research
2. Submarine Detection
3. Deep Sea Communications
4. Communications, other
5. Possible ozone regeneration studies

And it is a 180 dipole array, not a 360 antenna array. It makes a huge difference.
