I think we should give them a break, don't you guys forget that we pay 12.50$ per bottle, sure it would have been nice to have it the following days and I'm still waiting for my 2 orders but at the price we pay I'm willing to cut them some slack...

Sure you can return to AD with their overnight shipping but with the price tag on items that comes with it...

100% agree...and moreover, they offer body sprays for free and international shipping ! And Canadian post are very fast and reliable !
I expected a little delay due to overload work, and I really don't care since I ordered for a year of mones

And you know what, I really appreciate to have someone (Demetra) from the customer service on chat... Regarding AD, when I called them, very often, I got their voice message, it cost me money since I live abroad and they never called me back. For me, their world famous super top notch customer service has nothing more than what Chris, Garry or TP are offering us.

Thanks for all the different opinions. I'm sure some people have had positive experiences with this company (True Pheromones), but unfortunately mine were all negative.

For me, it's very simple. I paid them for a product, and I paid them to ship it on time. They failed to do that. I've sold hundreds of items on eBay and I always make sure to ship my products within the specified time frame. It's just good, responsible business practice.

That being said, if they had been willing to acknowledge their mistake and refund me the shipping cost, this thread wouldn't exist. And I may have even given them more business!! Instead, because they were unwilling to refund me $9.99 for their error, they get some bad press instead.

I wish them the best of luck. They just won't be getting any of my business.

I think they ran out of molecules, you can't fault a company for having that happen. When you do a sale you have no way to know how much demand there will be ahead of time.

Yes i understand your point.

I could have done same thing when i had to wait for putatives that i ordered to be sent. Granted when you order higher micrograms of a single molecule it can take time and they really dont tell you that upfront. Custom orders for putatives usually ship in 7-10 business days. But sometimes it can take longer because other orders came in before yours. I had no idea what the availability meant with putatives.

I remember it took a month for one putative to come in. I got a nice apology from jasmin written on my invoice When it arrived by fedex i was like wow that was fast once they shipped it.

AD is not immune from similar stocking issues. And True is discovering their growing pains as a new company.
