i never received any e-mails from them and i never hung up on them. they only called me once and i wasnt around to pick up the phone. i created the second username not to bash them but to see if they will answer because i sent them a pvt message on this account but they never got back to me. i also cancelled that paypal dispute because it wasnt going anywhere and i didnt want them to be held responsible since they arent. i truly made a stupid mistake. i even ordered from them again but this time from ups because they r more trustworthy and never had an issue with them. i hope chris can forgive me and hope we can resolve this issue already. sorry again.

Although USPS reports that the package was delivered, we are willing to give this guy the benefit of the doubt and give him his money back for this order.

sux that this became public. hope it doesnt sway anyones opinion about alpha dream.

i cant say enough good things about the shipping speed and quality of their product. certo is my top 2 favorite mixes.
actually its tied with instant gentleman as number one everyday mix, just that i use each one for different reasons.


p.s. certo is brilliant, please dont change a thing. lol.
i say this only because i know alpha machisio was recently changed.

I must say that I had no problem with either the service or product I received from alpha dream.

My biggest problem currently is trying to decide what to wear on any given day as I have almost more stuff then I can use. :-)

I don't see how it would. Every company is going to have an occasional problem, especially when shipping companies are involved. It's how they handle problems that's important.

Would you rather buy from a company that's never had a problem and end up being their first, or buy from a company that has had an ocasional issue, knowing that if there is a problem they would make it right?

Chris says he can show the package was delivered, but is still issuing a refund. He could have thrown it back on nuketheworld to deal with the Post Office in trying to figure out where they delivered the package to, but he didn't.

I call that good business practices!

I know some online businesses don't offer this, but perhaps if anyone here doesn't do it... package tracking and delivery confirmation should be offered under UPS or whatever service is used. I've had problems in the past of ordering things like electronics and having the middle receiving men try to steal. I.e. chief military security guard with good rep and all stashes package in some back closet after hours...I kept harrassing him andeveryone and it was finally caught on camera...that's 2400 bucks saved. The reason I knew is because I knew who signed for it.
