Ah. I see.

For me personally I had 2 purchases so far from Alpha dreams. Both took a while, but came in Mikey Mouse tip top condition.

I trust them. But how many time did pass between the "order is processing" email and the "item shipped" (I guess, since I haven't received it yet) email?

Did u check ur spam folder in ur emails? Or the filtering process of ur email settings?

Yes... nothing... but I think it's normal... I'll wait one week or two and, if still nothing, I think I'll revoke the payment with the PayPal buyer protection.

Update: I did some researches on this forum and in a thread a guy claims he ordered from AD multiple times and never received the "shipped" email (if there's one). Then I went to the AD FAQs page and I noticed that you'll receive that email, along with tracking information, "from UPS or USPS". When I ordered there were four shipping options, one from DHL ("DHL Express") and three from USPS. So I think that they have already shipped it and they just don't offer tracking coverage with DHL. That's just a guess but I hope it's right. Since I can't call without paying millions, I contacted [email protected] , [email protected] and [email protected] but no replies at all by now.

Me too. I received the confirmation email and the day after the processing email. What emails did you receive in your past order?
