Takes a while to come to Australia, so am assuming it may take a week or two to Italy.

That's about the delivery time. The item still hasn't been shipped yet. Then the international shipping says "DHL Express 2-3 business days". I understand that some delay can occur to delivery to countries that are not USA, but my item hasn't even been shipped yet. I'm worried just because the FAQs of the AD site says:
XVI. What is the turn-around time to process my order?
A. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days generally for destinations both in the United States and abroad. If you purchase single molecules from our ingredients page, there may be an additional processing time. Should there be any issues with your order, we will contact you via phone or email within 24 hours.
It has been processed in the time indicated, but it hasn't been shipped.
