A lady whom I have been friends with for 5 years has moved back to the area. We have only been friends. However, I am highly attracted to her. She has kept me in the friend zone over the past few weeks but she also sends me semi flirty texts and has told me some pretty sexual stories including that she is always horny and always in the mood. But, her texts to me often end in the word friend.

I'm thinking that xist is a really good idea but what sexual none can I add to the mix? I want to get out of her friend zone and truly build a relationship. Thoughts?

I would go with a bad Wolf. The sexuality is hard to miss and if you have some social skills and confidence the charisma amplifying effect goes with the sexuality and makes it smooth.

Or dirty primitive.

I wouldn't go the slow imprinting blend path. She wants to sleep with SOMEONE, don't wait around for the imprint to happen. Get sexual asap. Your time apart is a good enough reset. Maybe she is saying friend implying that she doesn't want anything serious but a FWB!

I've experienced it. Chick I met at the bar the night before texted me feverishly the next day and tit pics in about a week. Never saw her again, wasn't interested.

I am not sure mones will help. She is old. She knows this game very well. Seriously, go to her house when she is alone and make sexual advances. It is not rocket science. Don't ask her out. Either go to her place or ask her to come to yours.
